Roshan Cultural Heritage Institute would like to congratulate Safoura Norbakhsh for receiving the first Roshan Institute Fellowship for Excellence in Persian Studies at UMD. She is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Maryland conducting research on gender and sexuality in Persian Sufism.
